What a fabulous experience! The booking process was easy and the information provided was clear and accurate. Justin our driver was on time and a very safe driver. He gave us lots of information about the trip and Bali. Our guide, Wi, was very patient and helpful whilst walking up the caldera and also gave lots of information about the local area. He was great fun and took some amazing photos for us. The hike to the top was a bit challenging at times but well worth it! Amazing views. I would highly recommend this trip and the company .

It was a great experience, the tour was very private and there were no crowds. Everything went smoothly and we had no issues. We were really lucky that there were limited clouds in the sky, so the night time boat ride was magical as we saw so many stars. The sun rise was beautiful too. The hike itself is not long and is fairly easy, but can be slippy at different points, however our guides were amazing and helped us along the way. They were always on hand to help. Our driver Yosi was very pleasant and was with us for the optional add ons. He was easy to talk to whilst also allowing us to take naps in the car whilst travelling. Overall, I would highly recommend this activity and could not have asked for more.

Both our driver Gede and our guide Yus were very friendly and accommodating. They were flexible and super kind. Yus was essential attentive to help some guests that had a harder time going up the mountain. The hot coffee at the peak was a highlight and we felt very taken care of!

Really good trip - both the driver from and back to our hotel plus the driver of the Jeep up and down the mountain took very good care of us. Particular shout out to Komo (Jeep driver) who was busy unobtrusively taking photos of us whilst we were enjoying the sunrise - some very good ones in there and a nice surprise/ bonus to have them.
