Everything - well organised and efficient. I am 75 and reasonably fit but our guide nawa was brilliant helping me up and down steep sections-thanks nawa . We were blessed with clear skies for a breathtaking sunrise . It is a private trek and there was only one other party at the top -this made it so special particularly when watching the hundreds of lights from people climbing mount batur. The boat trip back added to the experience seeing the patung dewi danu statues and temple. Thank you everyone involved -I would recommend 100%.

This tour was fabulous and great value for money; with transfers, hot springs and a coffeee stop off. Our driver Arjana was great at communicating pick up times with us the night before. We really enjoyed our local guide Yus - he was knowledgeable, fun, a good photographer and spoke great English.

This trek of mount Batur was perfect for our family. The 45 minute climb was just enough for my kids (8 and 11) to manage. Our day started with a very punctual early morning pickup from our driver Yosi. He was very friendly and so helpful when my daughter got a bit car sick. Our guide We was amazing, very knowledgeable about the area and also super friendly. The view was just incredible and I loved that the whole experience was just for us. We went at our own pace and enjoyed every minute. Definitely recommend 💯

Yosi is very careful while driving and explain to us history about Bali when we asked him. Wi is a very experienced, knowledgeable and patient guide. He ensured that we take breaks and continue only when we are ready. We feel very safe in his hands. Thou this is not the main Mt Batur trek but what we see is way better view than hiking at Mt Batur itself! The short boat ride allow us to view the starry sky which we are not able to see it back home. We are really glad to have found Bali Yok and booked this trip with them. Thank you Justin for following up after the entire hike. The team had facilitated a wonderful and memorable experience for us! We truly enjoyed ourselves.

We absolutely loved this experience . Our guide Wi and our driver Putu were amazing. We really appreciate how caring they were all the time ensuring our safety and comfort. It was really magical to cross the lake at night having the Milky Way above us. The view at the summit was spectacular, we got to see five volcanoes including Mt Rinjiani in Lombok. Wi shared with us his knowledge and the special connection he has with nature and with the volcanoes. We will do this hike again. The organization of the logistics was very smooth, Justin did an amazing job communicating with us before and after the hike.

Yosi our driver that picked us up and dropped us off is such a gentleman, soft spoken & polite. We enjoyed listening to some history of Bali. He is a very good and safe driver. Nawa, our energetic guide, thank you for slowing down for us as we enjoyed the journey up & down. The journey is more important than the end. This route/trek was unexpectedly immediately steep right after the boat ride. There was no warm up route/trek with gradual increasing incline unlike some other hikes 🤣 Nawa was so proactive and helpful with taking photos and videos for us, thank you so much! May all you stay healthy, safe & happy.
