Our guide, Kadek and his son was awesome. Great personality and very nice people. This is a trip to go for if you are in Bali. We also ate at the village chief place, awesome food! Booked: 2D1N Lake Tamblingan Camping and Ancient Wonders

It was so much more than just mud wrestling. It was a true balinese experience. We felt we got to try culturally rich and fun things. The hosts were lovely and very entertaining. We did tug of war, dancing with bamboo, mud sauna, mud massage, sparring with pads, tried freshly made coffee n tea n alcohol. They also performed for us and showed us many animals in their compound. The food they served buffet style was delicous and we were encouraged to take more. Really had a great time! Will come again! (Only disappointed that I couldn't take more photos as we did activities nonstop. XD) Thank u for a wonderful time!

One of our favourite experiences throughout our 3 week trip in Indonesia! We were welcomed with such kindness and warmth by our incredible guide, Wayan's family, and Wayan. The home cooked meal was intimate and delicious. The lab tour and walk around the land were fascinating, so informative, and inspiring. We asked so many questions and learned so much! And then being able see the fireflies at night in all their glory, both in the lab and in the rice fields, was so beautiful and moving. We had never seen fireflies in real life before and it was more magical than we could've imagined. We're so thankful to the team at Taman Dukuh Farm for their conservation work and for sharing this experience with us!

We can only recommend this experience. Our day with Komang (dody) was incredible He was super friendly, open to questions but also curious about our culture as well, opened his family’s house for lunch (camp base) and made sure all the time that we felt comfortable. For sure one of the greatest guides you can ask for ! The local guide for the forest trekking was also an amazing person and professional, she explained about every little plant and noise we would see and hear during the walk and also thought us some words in Balinese. We had the opportunity to do this trekking with her daughter as well and that made the experience even more magical. This will for sure be one of the most unforgettable experiences ever . Thank you so much for opening your hearts to us!

Adventure which started in the nighttime and proceeded as described by the host, even better for experiencing in real life. Everything from collection at our hotel in Canggu by our driver to meeting the guide at the lake and being met by breakfast at the top of the climb made by a local person worked out seamlessly. We were the only group on the climb, and it felt special to be shown these less walked paths. The climb is not long, 40-45 minutes, but it is constantly steep. We have already recommended to our friends.
