Hi I'm Justin. The reason I started is because I like meeting and learning from new people and making new friends from around the world. Every person I meet is different and each has their own stories and lessons which I can learn from. Day in day out, I meet guests from different backgrounds and character, from good to bad, and as surprising as it sounds, even the bad ones have taught me lessons to carry forward. Other times, it is like a life cycle, and I feel like I am in this cycle offering my help to them. For example, some of our guests who come to Bali seek self-solace. peace or solutions away from difficult and challenging times, and I would often share with them the experiences and lessons I have gathered from my guests in the past. More often than not, these advices have helped them find an answer or consolation which help them to move forward, and this is part of what I find rewarding in this job. That's why even though I already have other businesses, I continue to be a guide and I do this with joy. I feel that my car is my "classroom" and I learn from people all around the world. Even though sometimes I need to sacrifice a lot of my time and energy in this job, compared to my other businesses, I am really blessed to be able to continue doing this for the team, for myself, for the local community and for people around the World. That is why with each team member that I recruit, I try to share these values with them and have the same high requirements and standards for them :)

For the Nusa Penida Untold Story, we are planning on staying the night at Nusa Penida, so can the trip be customised to our needs, such that we are dropped off at our AirBnB in Nusa Penida. Also can we have a later start from Ubud considering we would be staying back in Nusa Penida. Also we will have luggage with us, would our transport be able to accommodate our luggage?

Yes, we can customize the trip in Nusa Penida. If you start later from Ubud, it's possible but there may be a chance to skip some destinations in Nusa Penida. Transportation will be able to accommodate luggage, but it would be better if you can minimize belongings because we will cross the ocean, and the harbor in Nusa Penida is not really comfortable for bringing lots of luggage. There's a chance the luggage could get wet during the fast boat ride. You can leave the luggage in the car, and we will be able to bring it back to you the next day when we pick you up from Nusa Penida to drop you off at the hotel in Bali.

Hello there, I was wondering if it is possible to join at Nusa Penida instead of Sanur Port. If so, would there possibly be any change in the price, let's say deduction of ferry fees? Thank you so much !
