You'll begin by immersing yourself in the local culture at their cozy farm stay, learning to cook delicious Thai dishes straight from the garden. Then, it's off to a floating bungalow for a night on the lake, complete with jungle treks, stunning sunsets, and the chance to spot wildlife on a misty morning boat safari. Get ready for a truly unforgettable escape that nourishes both body and soul!What to ExpectA warm welcome and comfortable stay at Jui's family-run farm.A hands-on cooking class using fresh, seasonal ingredients from the garden, culminating in a delicious homemade Thai dinner.An overnight stay in a floating bungalow on the tranquil Cheow Lan Lake.You will be accompanied by a local long-tail boat driver who speaks very limited English. He will be able to help you locate wildlife, however he may not be able to share a lot of in depth information.A jungle trek to a hidden waterfall or cave (depending on the season and weather).Delicious meals featuring fresh, local ingredients.A peaceful morning boat safari to spot wildlife in their natural habitat.Opportunities to relax, swim, or kayak on the lake.Khao Sok's weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for sudden rain showers, especially during the wet season. Bring a lightweight rain jacket and embrace the changes, as they can add a refreshing element to your adventure!Important NotesThe Khao Sok National Park, Pier, and Wildlife Fees are not included in the package and are approximately 540 THB per adult / 270 THB per child in total, payable in cash, but are subject to change based on the park's policies. Please ensure you bring enough cash to cover these fees.Please note that if you are travelling with a suit case or a large backpack, you may not be able to bring it to the raft house due to limited space on the boat. Your options are as follows:If you are coming back to Khao Sok, you can store with your host in Khao Sok and retrieve when you come back.If you are traveling to another destination, your host can arrange your transfer and have the driver bring your bag to you.On Day 2, the raft house offers a truly basic and simple experience. You’ll find a mattress on the floor, a basic pillow, and a blanket, with shared bathrooms. There’s no fan or air conditioning—just the natural elements! (Please kindly see the photo of the raft house for reference at the top of the listing.)Electricity is limited, available only during the night from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, so make the most of it while it lasts.And since we’re floating on water, there are no mosquito nets, but don’t worry—it’s all part of the adventure!Once you arrive at the floating raft house, you’ll be off the grid! There is no mobile signal, so it’s the perfect chance to truly disconnect and immerse yourself in nature.Towels, shampoo, and soap are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.

After working for eight years as a receptionist at a resort in Khao Sok, Jui decided to leave her job to spend more time with her family after her father’s passing. She returned to farming on her family’s land but missed the hospitality work she loved. With the support of her sisters, Jui combined her passion for both by starting a farmstay. Jui and her sisters, known for their kindness and warmth, run the farmstay together. Their fun, caring nature ensures that every guest feels well taken care of, and their family’s hospitality makes you feel right at home.

Hi there! I'm interested in booking your 2N3D overnight at the lake trip. :-) I'm travelling alone and was wondering if you also offer transfer from Khao Sok town. I land in Surat Thani on 01/02 at 12(noon). Is this still okay to get a transfer to you, or will it be too late? I was thinking about spending the night somewhere in khao sok town and heading out to you the next day. Just wondering how to get there .. :-) Thank you so much for the answer!

Hi Britt, Thanks for reaching out! Currently, we only offer join-in transfers from the resort to Surat Thani Airport, but unfortunately, we don't yet have a transfer service from the airport to the resort due to limited resources. However, we can pick you up from Khao Sok Bus Stop if you’re able to make your way there. Check-in is at 2 PM, and the cooking class starts around 4 PM, so it would be ideal if you could arrive at the bus stop by 3:30 PM. :)
