Escape to a floating jungle paradise surrounded by wildlife.
This raft house is cozily tucked away from the rest of the raft houses and the visitor traffic. Spending an extra night here will not only give you an opportunity to relax in nature, but also to see more wildlife (rumor has it, there's a family of elephants that lives nearby). This family-run floating haven embraces simplicity, with each floating cabin crafted from locally-sourced bamboo and topped with classic thatched roofs. You'll feel a world away from the everyday, yet perfectly at peace surrounded by the tranquil waters and lush jungle. The Raft House captures the essence of traditional charm while offering easy access to the iconic Coral Cave and hidden wonders of the lake.What to ExpectSimplicity Raft House: Experience the tranquility of nature in a charming and minimalist raft house on Cheow Lan Lake, perfect for a peaceful getaway.The Khao Sok National Park, Pier, Coral Cave and Wildlife Sanctuary Fees are not included in the package and are approximately 540 THB per adult / 270 THB per child in total. These fees are subject to change based on park policies.Kayak and Swimming: Enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Cheow Lan Lake with kayaking and swimming, offering a refreshing and fun way to explore the stunning surroundings.You will be accompanied by a local long-tail boat driver who speaks very limited English. He will be able to help you locate wildlife, however he may not be able to share a lot of in depth information.Adventure Activities: Embark on an exciting adventure with guided jungle hikes, thrilling bamboo rafting, and exploring the mysterious Coral Cave, all set in the heart of Khao Sok National Park.Two Boat Safaris: Experience the enchanting beauty of the Lake, offering a chance to watch wildlife such as elephants, gibbons, bear, Wild boar in their natural habitat.Tips and NotesPlease note that this is a join-in tour with a group of up to 20 people, so you'll have the chance to meet and connect with fellow travelers along the way!If you arrive late at the pier, the boat will need to leave, and there will be extra charge to hire another boat.Since Cheow Lan Lake is tucked away in the jungle, get ready to be flexible with the itinerary and enjoy the adventure along the way!The itinerary is subject to change or cancellation depending on local circumstances and weather conditions.Please note that this raft house does not have wifi and the 4G signal is quite weak and at times does not work at all. Please inform any friends and family that you will be going off grid!Electricity is turned off between the hours of 6am to 6pm to save on power. Hello. Please can you let me know - I would like to book a 2 night stay in early December . How ever I’m required a pick up from Surat Tahini station but a return to Krabi. The tick boxes do not allow for this but is it a possible add on There is 3 in our party. Thank you
