Very much enjoyed the pristine nature. Came down with pneumonia just after I arrived in Thailand, no idea how, so couldn't keep up with the jungle climb, but that was an exception. Would advise investing more in the food, instead of handing out plates of pasta.

MAGIC! First of all the elephants! on our morning safari, we saw a family of 9 elephants swimming and bathing - I cried haha. My boyfriend and I went back with a kayak right after breakfast and sure enough, a hundred meters from the raft houses, we saw a mother and her baby by the shore. Absolutely magic and incredible <3 on our evening safari, again we saw many elefants, including one who was playing football and trumpeting on a beach. Unreal!!!!!
Second: the staff : everybody was adorable, from our guides to the boat drivers. It was really fun and homy and lovely <3
Third : food : fantastic! it was so good, and there was so much food. It´s not my first time on this lake so i was expecting something like my first time where we had 1 fish to share between 10 people LOL it´s NOT like this! we were very well fed and it was really really delicious, with tofu/fish options if you don´t eat meat :)
Fourth: the rooms were super comfy, what luxury to have a fan, private toilets and a bathroom!
Beware if you are tall please tell when doing the reservation so you can get rooms with higher roofs. My 188cm tall boyfriend really hurt himself hitting his head ALL THE TIME in the roof or door opening

This experience was absolutely amazing. We booked with little notice and, from the get go, they were so accommodating and welcoming. Our tour guide, Tong, was a standout- teaching us many things about the jungle, animals and even played Uno with us in the evening. He was the best, making the experience everything it was! Also, the food was delicious. The dinner was a fresh caught fish from the lake and we even got pancakes for breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

We booked the 3D2N Tour. The Jungle House is absolutely gorgeous! Much more comfort than expected. Great service, nice food, amazing athmosphere. Night Safari is not really needed, it’s very crowded and only a 1.5km way into the jungle (with roughly another 50 people). Do the massage instead :)
Every transfer was well organised. I can only recommend to book the tour with overnight stay at the lake. We had a very funny guide, went off the beaten path in the jungle and that was no tourist trap at all. We were all alone there! The bungalows at the lake and the lake safaris was a bit more crowded but it was still the highlight of our whole trip. So peaceful and so special. 100% recommend the whole experience.

A Magical Escape to Khao Sok National Park and Cheow Lan Lake
Our discovery trip to Khao Sok National Park in Thailand was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature—lush rainforests, dramatic limestone cliffs, and the serene waters of Cheow Lan Lake.
Our first stay at Boutique Camps was an incredible experience. Nestled in the heart of the jungle, the accommodation was both comfortable and beautifully designed, allowing us to feel truly immersed in the surrounding nature without compromising on luxury.
Then we continued to the floating paradise of 360 Issara Rafting House on the lake—an absolutely unforgettable experience. Waking up surrounded by water and towering cliffs was surreal, and the tranquility of the location made it feel like we were in another world.
The activities were just as amazing as the places we stayed. We went on jungle treks filled with exotic sights and sounds, and our early morning Mystery Safari was a true highlight—drifting silently through the mist, we spotted wildlife and took in the magical calm of the rainforest as it woke up for the day. And wild elephant's family as a bonus.
Every moment of this trip was a “wow.” The nature, the hospitality, the adventure—it all came together for an unforgettable journey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the real, wild beauty of Thailand in total comfort.
