Hi there! I have some questions: 1) If I book as a solo traveller, will I be sharing it with others who have booked during the same time too? (I don't mind this!) 2) How rigorous will the trekking be? asking for a friend who is considering joining me but has a torn ACL and can't climb too many heights, but horizontal paths are ok for him 3) any option to do 4D3N? the listing for the 2 day trail states 4 days too, so wanted to clarify the prices for each length of stay (also please advise on the time taken for commute into the park, and from which airport(s) we should book - thank you!

Hi Rachel,
There are two trekking options available for the 3-Day Gunung Leuser Orangutan, Gibbons, and Monkeys Trek:
Easy-going Trek: This is a more relaxed option, with a focus on wildlife, including orangutans. It involves walking 4-6 hours each day, which is more manageable for those looking for a less challenging experience.
Ambitious Trek: This option is more adventurous and physically demanding, with longer walks of 6-8 hours each day, taking you deeper into the forest for a more immersive experience.
You can choose which one is suitable for you
