Helpful Questions
My friend and I are both looking to do a tour on Nov. 5. Do we have to book together to get the discount or are we able to book separately? Thanks
Tyler Osha, 26 Oct 2024
Hello Tyler,
Yes, the price per person for this tour depends on the total number of participants. If you have more people, the price per person will be lower.
I am hoping to book this trip alone, which seems to double the price. If someone else books on, would I get half back?
Stephanie , 10 Jul 2024
Hi Stephanie,
Since this is a private trip, it can be challenging to find others to share the experience with. However, if you have friends who are willing to join, it's possible to share the trip. Please email us at chat@seeksophie.com with the date you'd like to join so we can check with our host if there's any group that's willing to share.
Regarding the pricing, if someone else books and joins the trip, we can certainly adjust the pricing accordingly and provide you with the necessary refund. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Hi, I am looking to start this tour on Monday 15th July 2024, my flight would get into Medan at around 5.30pm on the Sunday. Would I be able to be picked up at this hour and start the tour on the Monday? Thank you
Stephanie Gallo Mendoza, 10 Jul 2024
Hi Stephanie, yes it's recommended to arrive a day earlier prior to the trip :) During your booking, please include under additional "notes" your request to inform our host.
