I was travelling with my mother and we asked Magical Tours for transport from Nuwara Eliya to Kandy, with sights along the way, at a days notice. Crishna responded with a good price very quickly and the next day arrived ten minutes before we asked to be picked up - perfect. On his advice we visited a plantation for tea tasting, a spice garden and a waterfall on our way to Kandy. Crishna drive safely and was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend Magical Tours more highly.

2 days sightseeing in Nuwara Eliya and transport to bus station. I found Gayan through earlier TripAdvisor reviews and he did not disappoint. He responded quickly on WhatsApp and was punctual, something of a rarity in Sri Lanka, and good humoured as well as knowledgeable about the area, where to go and what we could do with time we had there. One thing that really struck me was that while this is his income he wasn't over focussed on the money but on us experiencing the wonderful city and area that Nuwara Eliya is. We went to Damro tea factory - great and Ramboda Falls - again loved it and a strawberry farm. Couldn't ask for better and have already recommended Gayan to others.

We met Krisha and his father at the Nuwara Eliya train station. We used their taxi for a ride into town and they helped us find a nice hotel for the night. We decided to use their services for the next day as well and they were flexible and worked in with what we wanted to do. We decided to do a tea facory tour and go to a waterfall. We loved both of them and Krishna was very friendly and talkative and happy to stop whenever we wanted. We used them today to get back to the train station too. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone travelling through nuwara eliya. Anna

We met Krishna and his father at the train station and they offered us good transportation to our hotel. We enjoyed their company and so hired Krishna to take us to a tea plantation the next day and also back to the train the following day. He was friendly and chatty and we enjoyed his company. If we were around for longer then we would have used him to explore the area further. He was very knowledgeable.

I had an incredible experience with Gayan as a driver and as a guide. I am an anxious traveler, but that was all put aside from the moment he collected me from the railway station. The following day he took me on the most beautiful and interesting Tuk Tuk tour over the city. Taking photos of me, sharing insights into the town and with the friendliest & safest service. He showed me many waterfalls and the top tea plantations - though he’s done the tour before with many tourist, he was as enthusiastic about showing me everything as a new guide. Was a great experience, very grateful to have had this company take care of me during my stay. Don’t think it would’ve been the same without Gayan. Highly recommend a tour or for any transport needs at a great price.
