Experienced my first ever nature walk and sound bath with Gentle Walk today. Jovena guided us beautifully into a peaceful mental space, helping us release what was weighing on our minds and tune in to the natural surroundings. During the sound bath, she said ‘it’s just you and nature’ and this made me realised I had been focusing so much on others and neglecting myself. In that moment, it was just me and the natural world, and it felt incredibly freeing and healing.
