We enjoyed it all. Our favourite bit was the Singapore Sling Masterclass. It was fun to make, delicious and doing your own cocktail and having taste better than bar creations a discovery. The distillery tour was fascinating. Our host Eileen was fabulous. Really brought the story telling to life.

Very useful workshop, Joseph was very helpful both in explaining the sharpening technique and in helping me with the hands-on practical part. I have had a whetstone for a long time but using it always felt like a chore because I was unsure what exactly the correct technique should be (so many conflicting youtube videos out there, each with different advice...). Joseph cut through the confusion for me and showed me how to get my knives sharpened quickly and reliably. Thanks!

We had so much fun making dumplings! The instructors were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Everything was so well organized, and the dumplings were so tasty! I can’t wait to try it at home. Such a great way to spend a morning! I highly recommend this class!
