Booking was smooth. It was the cheapest option as a Singaporean (other platforms charged in other currencies eg. euros, usd, which had to incur more forex fees). Kadbus operators/admin messaged me the meeting points and receipts the day before my trip, which was reassuring. Just note to be punctual and arrive early. My bus was scheduled to depart at 7am, and we were told to arrive by 630am. When we arrive at around 631am, we were the last customers and the bus promptly departed by 640am! Bus operators were friendly and professional. Bus ride was smooth and seamless. There were 2 stops around 15mins each where we were given toilet breaks and time to buy snacks. Note that at each stop you have to pay 3k VND to use the toilet.
