This is a modern comfortable bus with berths, AC and wifi. The bus will depart from the Hanoi bus office at 7:00 am or 10:00 pm - Arrives at Sapa at 1:00pm or 4:00am, but you can stay on the bus to sleep or relax until 6am.What to expect These eco buses prioritize passenger comfort, with berths that allow everyone to lie back and unwind.During the journey, there will be two stops for food and restroom breaks.Each passenger is allowed a 20 kg bag/luggage and a 7 kg hand luggage.To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 30 minutes before departure, provide your name to the staff or driver, and have your booking confirmation available.Lower berth add-onIf you prefer the lower bunk for sleeping, choose the lower berth add-on for your convenience.Return Bus from Sapa to Hanoi If you require a return bus from Sapa to Hanoi, please book here.

Hi Chloe, thanks so much for reaching out! :) You can select the "add-on" option for pick-up from Hanoi. Currently, our bus options are available at 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM. Let me know if you need any more details!
We are travelling as family of five. Our kids are 11, 8 and 6. As we don't feel safe to have our youngest in his own berth, and my 8yo is afraid to sleep alone, can we book 3 berths with add ons for 2 children in same berth?

Hi Yani! You’ll still need to book for 5 pax, but your youngest can share a berth with their sibling. Just let us know your preferences under "notes" during your booking to inform our host. :)
