The train ride itself is very loud. But you will experience this on every night train. We booked the deluxe cabin 4 beds and the beds were better than expected! Good mattrass (thick) and blanket. They provide earplugs, which are really necessary. Toilet was clean. Wifi on board worked most of the time.

We booked VIP cabin for 2 adults & 2 children to Sa Pa. Fuss free collection of tickets, access to VIP Lounge before entering Chapa Express. Very comfortable experience and great to see Hanoi Train Street from inside the wagon.
Pack the PJ’s into the handluggage for quick and convenient change of clothes. 2 large luggages and 2 cabin bags fit comfortably underneath the lower beds.

Follow up from operator via chat messages were prompt and helpful. Driver drove with care and the 2x20mins break for 5.5hrs journey make it very comfortable ride in this vehicle. Snacks and bottle of mineral water was provided for each guest. Seats were comfortable as well. We were picked up from our accom in Sapa and drop off at our accom in Hanoi.

I’d like to share my experience. Our guide was friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. The bus was clean, check-in was straightforward, and although the road was rather bumpy, the driver handled it well and got us to Sapa safely and on time.
There was a minor issue with my return trip. While it caused a bit of confusion at first, I appreciated that the owner personally got in touch. It’s clear they care about their company’s reputation, and I trust they will continue to maintain a high standard of service in the future.

Went from Hanoi to Sa Pa and back, bus driver was great. We stopped every 2 hours for a washroom break and a bite to eat if you wanted, sleeper bus was clean and comfortable

The VIP cabin was amazing, and most importantly the driver was safe on the road. Their new office has a cafe inside, you can store your luggage there before your actual bus ride. Highly recommended.
