Hi does the train from Hanoi to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi operates everyday? Was planning to board the train to Sapa on the day we arrange at Hanoi. Can we bring all our luggages in the train? If not where can we store our luggages? Thank you

Yes, the train from Hanoi to Sapa and vice versa operates daily. Could you let me know which date you're planning to board the train? You can view the train's availability on our website calendar.
As for luggage, there is typically space for standard baggage, but if you're bringing large items, you may need to store them at the train station.
My train tickets purchase is confirmed 10 days ago but i have NOT received the e-tickets yet. I've followed up with Chapa Express via seeksophie at least twice but I've not received any reply from them. Much less evidence of my tickets. Are they scamming me?

Hi Linn, thanks for reaching out, and I understand your concern. I want to assure you that your booking is definitely secured. Chapa Express typically issues the tickets only a few days before the trip, and since your trip is in 2025, this is why you haven't received them yet.

There are 4 of us taking the train. We want to pick a 4-berth cabin. Why does your website say 4-berth cabin sleep only 1 person? Can you explain?

Hi Lin, 1 person will be assigned to 1 bed but you can book 4 berth for 4 person :)
