My daughter and I had an incredible experience on this tour! Boarding a small boat, we cruised to the mouth of the Salak River and were thrilled to spot the Irrawaddy dolphins, saw a crocodile and couple of monkeys along the mangroves.
Our boatman then stopped near Bird Island, allowing us to observe the stunning sea birds before proceeding to Satang Island. The journey to Satang Island across the South China Sea was breathtaking. The island is home to a turtle conservation project. We were fascinated to learn about the conservation efforts for Green Turtles and their eggs that are laid on the island.
Visiting the hatchery provided us with a deeper understanding of the crucial conservation work being done. We spent the remainder of our time relaxing on the island's pristine white sandy beach, kids building sandcastles and playing on the beach, as well as snorkeling in the water.
Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of adventure, education, and relaxation. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

Ooo Haa were very professional right from the start. Awesome communication through WhatsApp. Really knowledgeable and delightful guides. We did the Mangrove, dolphin and turtle tour to Satang island and were very spoilt to see lots of dolphins. I would highly recommend

This activity is really amazing. The tour company respects the wildlife. We managed to see dolphins, crocodiles, crabs and visited Pulau pahat where all the migratory birds will visit. Afterwards, we went to Pulau Satang for snorkeling and lunch. The island is also known for its turtle conservation efforts. They are managed by Sarawak Forestry and it’s interesting to know how they help the turtles.

We took this excellent tour on 7th February 2023, tour guide Mr. Joseph was very informative , jovial and flexible. We were picked from our hotel and this tour takes around 4 to 5 hours to explore the wetland and wildlife in Sarawak. Our boat Captain Mr. Wan Amin is a very knowledgeable man, he shared a lot of information about the habitat at the wildlife. We were so lucky to see the dolphins but just for a few seconds. Captain also patiently waited for dusk to fall and showed us the crocodiles and a few reflection of some crocodiles red eyes. Probocis monkeys too were spotted in the trees. We did see fireflies as well. Overall i highly recommend this tour for those who love nature. Not forgetting to mention Mr. David and his team are very attentive and responsive to any enquiry. Highly recommend you to book with Ooh Haa Travels. Thumbs up to all of you.

The trip was amazing for different thing. First the respect of the wildlife « if you want to be sur to see animals, you can go in a zoo ». The trip is very well organized and we have seen different ecosystem, mangrove, coral, birds, turtle. Second, Tom and the boatman was very kind, the never hesitat to share their knowledge.
Thank you very much !

Excellent experience with wonderful tour guide Mr. David and his partner. They were very helpful and flexible. We spot pod of dolphins swimming around before they took us to the wetland and the bird Island. The Satang Island itself are so beautiful as the water are pretty clear. Lots of friendly fishes. We were very lucky to have a perfect weather the whole trip.
