Must be training and enough rest before to climb Mt. Kinabalu. No need bring to.mush stuff thing such as shower or teethbrush because it's heavy and useless. Clothes to keep warm is strongly recommended.

Our trip to Mulu with Tropical Adventure Tours and Travel was fantastic. Everything exceeded expectations; from the caves to the Pinnacles climb. Our guide, Phillipi, was excellent. We enjoyed the wonderful jungle atmosphere, on the hikes and at Camp 5. The Mulu Marriott hotel is also very much recommended.
