Our tour with Leam to the Coral Cave at Cheow Lan Lake was indeed the highlight of our stay at Khao Sok. To get there, we went on a long-tailed boat, did a 45 min easy hike one way & a short bamboo raft ride. The cave is interesting. We also enjoyed the tour around the beautiful lake. To top it all, we were fortunate to see an elephant up close which is normally a rare sight!

A fabulous back to nature place in the middle of the jungle. Exactly what we were looking for as part of our Thailand family holiday.
It’s the simplicity of this place that makes it stand out, alongside an ethical and environmentally aware approach to running a hotel.
Staff just superb, food incredible (you must try the jungle dinner experience), and access to the local activities so easy. We spent time with the local elephant feeding and bathing her, a long tailed boat trip across the lake including a very hot hike over the mountain to the historic caves. WiFi at the restaurant only is a good reminder to put the phone down for a while and reflect in nature.
Finally the views from the main restaurant area across the mountains. I spent an hour this morning drinking coffee, watching the birds, and soaking it all up. Perfect.

Cannot recommend this place enough - it’s in a beautiful setting, with lovely rooms, great food and plenty of wildlife watching from your own balcony! The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is served with a stunning jungle view (recommend the southern style pad Thai, massaman and pork congee)
The highlight however really is the wonderful staff. I was unwell (started before I arrived) and they were so sweet, bringing me homemade ginger, honey & lemon tea, fresh fruit and specially made soups and checking on us daily. Aside from this they were very informative, friendly and helpful. I really can’t praise them enough!

We had an amazing day at Khao Sok with Leam. The national park is just magnificent but what made the day great was the kindness of Leam and all the things he taught us during the day about the jungle, Thailand, etc. Because it is a private tour, you can go to the main spot (with the 3 rocks) when there are no tourists which is priceless. Anyway, I recommend the tour and Leam 100% !

Our time at Anurak Lodge was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed amazing tours like the bike tour, jungle dinner, and bamboo rafting. From our window, we spotted so much wildlife—it felt like being in the heart of nature. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking too. Anurak Lodge is definitely the place to stay in Khao Sok if you want to be surrounded by nature's beauty. Highly recommend it!

We had the most fantastic time with Leam.
We were travelling with our kids who are 9 and 10 meaning we needed to be mindful of keeping everyone entertained. Leam did a great job from start to finish and having a private guide and boat meant that we could change the plan as we went along. We had three weeks in Thailand including all sorts of adventures and can honestly say that the night in hammocks with Leam in Khao Sok was the most memorable.

We did a private trip with Leam and we loved it. We saw wildlife, learned about plants and local life. He is an amazing guide and provide everything you need during your trip ( including binoculars and good camera lens for animals). He spent time with us talking about his culture and about Thailand. He is fascinating! The journey can be adapt to your needs and wishes. We highly recommend it as it was one of the best part of our travel!
