Me and my family had a great trip with Hirman! A friendly guide who takes his time to explain and guide us through the mount Bromo and Ijen crater. I felt very safe. If you doing this tour ask for him, his English is perfect so communication was very easy ;)

Everything was well organized. There was a misunderstanding with a booked ad-on, but we got the refund within hours. Mt Bromo was too touristic for us. Too many cars, people and garbage. Don’t go there on weekends, then it might be a little bit better.

This was a once in a lifetime experience that was well organized and put together from the start. Communication was clear and consistent and once you were in the hands and the trip began there was nothing to worry about the entire time besides enjoying the beauty and wonders you’re going to see. All the guides and driver were amazing and so nice. It is a very fast paced and busy few days but it is truely an amazing experience.
