We loved the experience and the tour was well organised and adapted for us. However, english speaker guide was sometimes missing, we missed some explanations sometimes. Also, as seeksophie recommand, the 4D3Ntour is I think really better, this one is intense but also nice if you don’t have much time

Very well organised. Riski, the driver was very good as were the rest of the guides. The trip requires very good physical condition, which was not specified by the provider. Options for accommodation were not given

Admin was very responsive and texted us each day to update on next day's itinerary and things to note/pack. Our driver Doraemon drove well and took us to our destinations safely for the whole trip! Meal stops were all clean, nice and reasonably priced places. Waterfall was beautiful! Make sure to wear shoes/sandals that are not slippery as the steps down to the waterfall is quite slippery (wet steel). Wear a waterproof jacket or bring a change of clothes as you'll get really wet. First accom at Kopikuin Homestay was clean and cosy, with a simple and yummy breakfast prepared for us after coming back from Mount Bromo. Second accom was not as listed - we stayed at Baratha Hotel which was quite dated. The breakfast buffet had nothing left when we came back from Ijen at around 9am. Also, not sure if the jeep driver for Bromo was supposed to be a guide or just a driver. He drove us to the crater then just asked us to follow another group which he said was under the same company. The other group went down first as we wanted to take more pictures up there, and we had a hard time finding our jeep/driver after we got down on our own (it was peak season during the xmas weekend).
