Lyon was an absolute delight. By the end of the evening, he had become like family. He was very knowledgeable about the local Hanoi cuisine and took us to so many family-run restaurants, ones that had some of his favorite foods, that we couldn't possibly eat any more by the end of the evening. We were so full. Most dishes we tried were things we had never heard of before, and we would never have known to order them or from where. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time during this tour. Our guide Lily was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and each place we visited. We went to places that we would never find on our own and Lily shared information about each place. The food was great. Don’t want to give away all the places your will eat at. Nice to be surprised. I would recommend this tour and a guide like Lily is an added bonus.

The old french quarter is a historic, beautiful, and fascinating part of Hanoi. Our guide, Jason, was not only knowledgeable about the chosen food and beverage spots, but also the history of the area. He kept us interested and entertained the entire time. The things we ate and drank were varied and delicious without exceptions. I'd definitely recommend this.
