Lyon was an absolute delight. By the end of the evening, he had become like family. He was very knowledgeable about the local Hanoi cuisine and took us to so many family-run restaurants, ones that had some of his favorite foods, that we couldn't possibly eat any more by the end of the evening. We were so full. Most dishes we tried were things we had never heard of before, and we would never have known to order them or from where. Highly recommend!
