Seek harmony in nature and experience inner peace.
Take a tranquil journey away from the city noise and ease into a symphony of nature melodies, singing bowls and calming music in the embrace of nature. You will be guided by a certified forest therapy and singing bowl practitioner to slow down your mind, relax your body and ease into a soulful sound experience.Enjoy deep rejuvenation as you fade into the harmony of trees rustling and bird songs, the grounding and relaxing vibrations of singing bowls and calming soundtracks. This is unlike any other sound bath as you will be immersed in the elements of nature, offering you a full sensory experience with natural breeze and scents in the air. This is a great way of practising presence and mindfulness, especially for those who struggle with meditation and mindfulness practice in an indoor setting. The session will be conducted in an open and secular manner. People of all faiths are welcome to enjoy this sound relaxation without ritualistic elements.About Singing BowlsTibetan singing bowls are handmade with metal alloys to produce soothing and grounding frequencies and vibrations. These sounds support the body in entering the Theta state, the in-between state of wakefulness and sleep. In this state, the mind and body may experience deep relaxation and restoration, bringing harmony to the overall being. About Nature TherapyNature therapy, also known as forest bathing or Shinrin Yoku, is an experiential and sensorial practice to connect with nature. It takes a heart-led approach to seek pleasure and aliveness through our senses and bridge our connections to self, nature and other living beings.Key Benefits𓇣 Stress relief, mental & physical relaxation𓇣 Experiencing the practice of mindfulness and heartfulness𓇣 Clearing of mental clutter and fatigue𓇣 Release of heaviness and difficult emotions𓇣 Connection to self and nature𓇣 Uplift mood and emotions
