This is our advanced class to learn how to make speciality pastas such as ravioli, tortellini, or malloreddus (little gnocchi), which you'll get to eat straight after in a beautiful rooftop garden setting!This class is good for both newbies and well as those who have some experience making pasta already, and want to take their skills to the next level. Your host will teach you specialised techniques to craft those tricky ravioli pieces, and tossing some gnocchi for good measure. While you get the pasta ready, your host will prepare the ingredients to combine it all into a great lunch. You'll also get to forage from The Sundowner's rooftop to pick some herbs for garnishing. Nothing will taste quite as good as something you've prepared yourself-- It's a little Italian feast in the making! Best part?
