Discover the magic of bean-to-bar chocolate making in Singapore!
Chocolate is everywhere! But do you know where it comes from, that it grows out of the ground? This 2 hr workshop is designed for anyone who loves chocolate or a hands-on food experience. This is Singapore's first and only live chocolate making workshop where you get to roast raw cacao beans, and slowly transform them into an edible bar of chocolate. Eat it straight or wrap it up for a most unique gift!As you roast, winnow (peel), melanger (grind), temper (cool) and mould (form up) the chocolate, you'll deep-dive into the creation of this universally-enjoyed treat. You'll even get to see a live cacao plant growing on the rooftop of The Sundowner.
