Review Body: My group of 5 adults + one dog (20kg border collie) thoroughly enjoyed the experience kayaking around the Pulau Ubin coast and mangroves. As we had great weather with no strong tides, the kayaking itself was not challenging and very manageable even for those with no kayaking experience. I can picture that the activity would be even more fun with a slightly larger group (e.g. 8 to 10 pax), and look forward to going back to do this activity again once the onerous and vexatious restrictions are finally lifted in Singapore. As the activity is heavily weather-dependent, it is best to book this activity during the dry season (as opposed to the rainier monsoon seasons) to the extent possible. Regardless, SerendipET allows for cancellation (with refund) or postponement in the event of inclement weather. Overall, I would 100% recommend this activity for anyone who loves the outdoors and exploring nature around our beautiful garden city, especially pawrents of dogs who love the water and are able to swim.

Review Body: We had a fabulous time despite the dark clouds and the rain! Desmond was friendly and patient, letting us know well in advance about the weather conditions and allowing us to decide whether to proceed, postpone or cancel with a refund. We didn't feel pressured in any way but decided to take a calculated risk to proceed as he was relaxed, experienced and confident. And what a time we had! It was fun to kayak in the rain, hike in cool weather and skip the usual holiday crowd. :) Sunshine and blue skies are my preferred weather but the well-thought-out itinerary, friendly and helpful Desmond and great company made our wet mangrove kayaking trip a fun and memorable experience!

Review Body: Great experience kayaking with Tines and Shan! We booked a private tour for my family of five. They were knowledgeable and encouraging to us who are all novices in kayaking. We got to see a family of otters catching fishes, birds and the highlight of the trip: swim in the lagoon! We were also able to buy fresh fish and mussels at a good rate! Unforgettable experience and highly recommend to all, including families with young children.

Review Body: We're a family of two adults and two young children, 4yo and 6yo. We had a patient and kind lead guide, Hidayah. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and interesting for our children as it was our first time in Ubin. It was nice to transit between kayaking and trekking to explore more of the island in one morning. I highly recommend their services!

With your own dedicated guide, immerse yourselves in the lush Pulau Ubin mangroves, a world away from the city buzz. Spot unique wildlife, learn about the delicate ecosystem, and your guides can also assist you in purchasing fresh seafood directly from our boatman's kelong (floating fish farm). This is an unforgettable way for teams, families, and locals to connect with nature and with each other.What to expect:Leave the city behind and paddle through the peaceful Pulau Ubin mangroves – this beginner-friendly route is perfect for all skill levels.Expect to cover 4-5 kilometers over this active half-day outing with the support of your experienced guide.Ascend to a scenic lookout point for breathtaking views and a well-earned photo op.Your guides can assist you in purchasing fresh seafood catch of the day directly from our boatman's kelong.Occasionally, parts of Pulau Ubin will be cordoned off by the authorities for safety reasons, but no worries! Our guides are well equipped with suggesting new routes and finding hidden spots, so you’ll still have an epic adventure no matter what!Important Tips:You will get wet! Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting splashed.Kids ages 4+ are welcome, as long as they're confident swimmers. Child-sized life jackets provided.Bring your furry friends along too! This experience is pet-friendly. Just make sure they're in a carrier for the bum boat ride from Changi to Ubin.Groups of up to 20 people can join this expedition.
