Review Body: We cannot rate our experience with King Nguyen Travel highly enough. My boyfriend (an experienced off-road rider) and I (a beginner) shared a comfortable XR 400, and covered more than 500km with King over three days. We had asked for something off the usual tourist trail and King certainly delivered! After getting an idea of our riding ability, King tailored our trip. Over three days we rode though rice paddies and farmlands, across bamboo bridges and through minority villages; we wound up and over mountains, tracked off-road through jungles, swam at a waterfall, experienced river crossings, cruised highways and sped along beaches. We managed a little city riding in Hue and Da Nang, and took in the gorgeous views from Hai Van Pass, and the Ho Chi Minh trail. King alway seemed to know the perfect time to stop for a snack or meal, and kept us well-supplied with water. He happily shared his knowledge of the different places we stopped (including his own favourite off-road trails), and helped us understand some of the cultural and political contexts of the things we were seeing. All the food, drink and accomodation was included in the very competitive price, and took into account my dietary requirements. The hotel they booked for us to stay in in Hue, was the best of our entire trip, and included an indoor pool, bar and generous buffet. The hotel was in a great location. King kept his sense of humour when we bent the handle bars of his bike in upon themselves (our fault - not his), and even let us keep the bike for an extra day at no cost. You will be sore and happy if you choose King Nguyen Travel to help guide your next adventure. We won't hesitate to book again. Thanks again King! Jerri and Luke.

Review Body: After looking at a few different tour companies that offered the popular Hoi An to Hue route and seeking advice from our hotel in Hoi An we chose King Nguyen Travel based on their itenery/route which avoids the highways and ventures off the beaten track into rural Vietnam. We could not have been happier with our decision. King collected us from our hotel and sent our bags on a bus to Hue to be waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived some 9 hours later. The 9 hours spent riding through scenic paddy fields, small villages and ocean roads was incredible - pictures simply do not do it justice. The route is very well thought out with planned stops along the way for coffee and lunch amongst a number of other attractions/photo opportunities. Clearly a lot of time has been invested to develop the day's itinerary. Both King and the other driver that accompanied us, Hung (I believe), rode exceptionally well, not once doubting their safety on the roads. I won't go into detail about the itinerary/route as I believe it is best to experience without any preconceptions. I cannot recommend King Nguyen Travel highly enough! Riding from Hoi An to Hue with King and Hung has been the highlight of our two weeks in Vietnam and we were sad to leave them at the end of the trip. I encourage anyone considering travelling Vietnam to do it with King Nguyen Travel - you won't regret it! Sit back and take in the views - they will stay with you a lifetime!

Review Body: My wife and I loved our trip with our guide Ai. I drove an automatic motorbike and she road on the back of his bike. The hai van pass was so fun to drive, but the backroads through rice patties, farming and fishing villages, and small towns were equally as beautiful. After the pass we stopped for a fantastic seafood lunch, with oysters and shrimp, and more, that came from the lagoon that we overlooked while we ate. Can’t get more fresh and local than that! If you go all the way into the city of Hue you will have to drive through some hectic city traffic. Not as crazy as Saigon or hanoi, but still nutty. If you don’t have any experience on a motorbike and are nervous then you might want to ride instead of drive. I don’t have a lot of riding experience, but after 190 km I was feeling great and navigated the traffic just fine. Just go with the flow! Highly recommend this experience! Easy pick up and drop off, and I even rented the bike for the next day. Thanks again!!!

Review Body: We highly recommend the tour from Hoi An to Huè organised by King: if you are looking for a very good outdoor experiences, this is something you have to try. Our guide, mr. Tam, was an expert easy rider, very nice: he brought us on secondary roads, with no traffic and wonderful views. We rode along the rice fields, crossed bambù bridges and even took a small ferry to cross a river with the motorbikes, together with the locals. On our way, we stopped at many different interesting places, in farms, cultivations and also in a village where ethnic minorities live. We swam in beautiful waterfalls (especially the one in the jungle, near the Laos border) and rode the Ho Chi Minh trail up to the mountains, inside beautiful and powerful vegetation. King also allowed us to keep the motorbike one extra day for free, to come back from Hue to Danang airport. Thank you King and Tam, this journey has made the time of our life in Vietnam!

Review Body: We had a great time with our guide Ai, who took on a half-day motorbike private tour to the countryside around Hoi An. Ai was very sweet and took us through narrow alleyways and uncharted routes through the rice fields. We visited a rice noodle maker (and had an opportunity to make rice noodles ourselves) and a sleeping mat maker. The tour included lunch at a great local restaurant in Hoi An. Throughout the tour, Ai took videos and pics of us. At the end of our tour Ai let us keep the motorbikes for the rest of the day so we could go to the beach. He also suggested a more interesting scenic route than the main road. At the end of the day, when we returned the bikes, Ai also invited us for beer. Great guy. Great trip. Hoi An is extremely touristic and getting out to the countryside was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Review Body: If you love to ride a bike or want to try riding as a passenger, or a bit of both, you can create your own ride tour with King Nguyen Travel Tours. How cool is that! Vuong and Son picked us up from our hotel and took us through some steps to show us how to prepare and communicate during the day. Vuong's English is really good which helps make the tour so much more enjoyable ... And then we were off!! Riding through beautiful and interesting places around the countryside of Hoi An. Such a wonderful way to see the local village life. We'd never have found our way there without Vuong, he's been riding for ages and his skill at touring people on bikes shines through. His knowledge of where to tour made it just so much fun. I've not had such a fun time since I was riding trails as a teenager!

Even though I'm in my early 60s, I had never been on a motorbike previously but felt totally comfortable & safe the entire day riding behind Lihn Tran. What an exceptional young lady....her English was fantastic & matched by her ability to provide great general knowledge of the area & answer all my many questions. This is the best trip my husband & I have done in Vietnam so far & we would urge anyone considering this trip to JUST DO IT! My husband was also delighted with the service provided by his guide Hu. From the moment we were picked up at our accommodation at 8am until we were dropped back around 6pm we were given exceptional service...Our sincere thanks for a very memorable day.

Review Body: Booked a solo ride on 1 days notice and was immediately welcomed. Picked up at my hotel on time and after a quick assessment of the type of experience that I had on a bike, Vuong asked what I wanted from the day and then started an adventure that went from my hotel into the countryside from paved highways to side roads then alleyways, dirt roads, through rice paddies, over bamboo bridges, small ferries, rocky trails, river crossings through water and some of the most spectacular scenery I have seen. We watched farmers harvest rice, chillies, corn etc and Vuong explained the way things were done. Overall an outstanding day of adventure riding. This company looks after its riders. Review Body: 10/10 - holy cow! That tour was exactly what I was hoping for and more. Getting up early is clutch when it's so hot under the sun. We started at the fish market which was BUSTLING at 5am and took back roads all the way to My Son. As it's my first time to Vietnam, this is a great way to appreciate the farming areas while also inserting some fun. Vu was an excellent driver, storyteller, and guide. I feel very grateful to have had this opportunity that I surely won't forget. I went solo and rode on the back of Vu's bike. It felt like a full day even though I was back at my hotel by 10am. Getting to My Son early also gave me a lot of solo time to appreciate the deep layered history and wonder of the place.

Review Body: I have never sat on the back of a motorcycle, so 300 km in 2 days on remote roads in Vietnam had given some thought before starting. Pretty quickly I felt completely safe on the back of the motorcycle and could enjoy the great ride, which was interrupted at appropriate intervals by visits to locals, sights and other things. Each time there was a good and professional guidance of Long in very easy to understand English. Ling and Hung are both extremely comfortable and this is important as you get quite close to each other over the days. I would recommend taking them on tour. We had some of the best experiences on this trip. And they make Vietnamese traffic as safe as it can get now. :-)

Review Body: Vuong has such great experience and knowledge, I was a nervous solo traveller and Vuong catered the ride to suit me. He took me through many terrains, at one moment I was on a busy highway and we would turn onto an unsealed track through forest, stopping unplanned in villages to connect with people there. I loved eating at places I would not normally stop at, especially the seafood place near Da Nang, the best chilli prawns. Thank you for guiding me the entire way, especially through traffic in Hue. Sorry we lost pool with the German travellers :) This trip meant so much more to me than Vuong would know and I am so Grateful!

Review Body: My friend and I travelled around Vietnam. We didn’t know what to expect when we booked the full day loop tour but we were pleasantly surprised! This was by far the best experience ever. Tony and Vu made the ride extra special by making us feel very safe on the back of their motorbikes and taking the time to stop and show us historic places of interest. We learnt so much about Vietnam’s history and culture as we enjoyed the most spectacular views. We even stopped for coffee and then lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant. I cannot recommend this tour enough. We cannot wait to go back and ride with Tony and Vu!! N and K

Review Body: Just been on their countryside experience tour which within minutes takes you into the farms, paddy fields and back lanes of the Hoi An area. Great for seeing real life, to anyone who has a bike I have never waved/said hello to so many people in such a short space of time, everyone really friendly. We travelled across so many floating, bamboo, rickety bridges it has been a great trip, my wife travelled pillion on the back of our hosts bike and I had my own Honda dirt bike. Bikes all good. Came back to Hoi An via ferry for some local food for lunch, altogether a very enjoyable adventure. Kevin S, UK

Review Body: My partner and I booked a half day motorbike tour, which saw us riding rural areas close to Hoi An. Our tour guide was fantastic and had great English, he was able to explain areas we were seeing and also answer any questions we had. Further from this, the tour included several stops where we were able to see and participate in local trade activities, including mat weaving and rice paper making. Overall, great trip, great value and would highly recommend for those with motorbike experience (like myself) and those who have no motorbike experience (like my partner - who rode with the tour guide).

Review Body: We did a 3 day tour from Hoi an to Phong Nha-Ke Bang. Everything was well organized and you get a unique insight into the country! The booking went smoothly via email, and the boss came to our hotel in Hoi An for the final meeting. The only thing that should be noted is that the booked hotel in Hue was filthy, although you could probably get involved when booking if you were a little tricky. Special thanks to our drivers "Toan" and "Mr. T" who were really great (!) And provided a lot of Information about local habits and history! I would / will definitely recommend these guys!

Review Body: Two days on a motorcycle from Hoi An to Prao, was one of the absolute best experiences of our trip to Vietnam. The trip was filled with exciting visits from locals, great views, beautiful scenery, good food and fantastic company. We have seen and experienced a lot in the two days, and with mr. Long's vast knowledge and narrative, in fantastic English, we have experienced a fantastic part of Vietnam that we would not be besides. Mr. Long and mr. Hung created a good and relaxed atmosphere, with many laughs and smiles. We give them and the tour our best recommendations.

Review Body: An excellent experience with good organization. If you are a motocross enthusiast, you will not be disappointed. The guide adapts to your level, whether you are looking for a technical circuit or a leisurely stroll. We passed through fields, through woods, in the sand, on bridges and we even crossed a river on a boat. The guide is English speaking. He made us discover the deep countryside of Vietnam in a maze of small paths and across fields. He even filmed us when we were crossing bridges. In the top ! In addition the boss speaks French Italian English.

Review Body: We've just finished the fantastic tour with Vuong and Son. They were both superb drivers and guides, with Vuong speaking excellent English and Son still learning. It was an excellent was to get away from the tourist train and see some of the 'real' Vietnam. The views from the Hai Van Pass were absolutely superb and the swimming spot they took us to was entirely ours, until some friendly locals showed up and tried to get us to come and party with them! I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this to anyone looking for a good value day trip.

Review Body: Vhung and Shon (probably got that wrong) picked us from the hotel. V's English was good. The ride itself was super fun, we rode in the back. You go through mad trails and its get bumpy at times but exciting. Hes a very good rider and years of exp. We stopped like 4-5 times really took in the culture. He explained everything. Great trip for the afternoon and back. If you are in town and can spare a few hours definitely do this trip, it's a very small investment for what you get back in memories. Thanks to V for great experience.

Review Body: My girlfriend and I hired two offroad bikes, 150cc and 450cc, with the owner as our guide. Bikes were good and on a sunny day we took off for a ride through ricefields, forest and on paved roads. Our guide took us to the most beautiful places outside Hoi An all day long. Our guide knows what he's doing and really takes account and pays attention to his custumers. He takes notice of your wishes of how difficult you want the track to be. So, all together we are more than satisfied with this company.
