Unique floating HIIT class on water!
This is a 30 minutes high-intensity workout class on the water, against the MBS Skyline backdrop. Perfect for those who are looking to up their workout game, or just looking for something unique to do! Important NotePlease note this activity requires a minimum of 4 people to go ahead. If the minimum requirement is not met we will notify you within 24 hours of booking. A total of 8 people can participate during any given session with subgroups of 4 people each.Option DetailsJoin this high-intensity and low impact cross-training workout on water using the world's first floating exercise mat, the Aqua-base! Enjoy a fun-filled full-body workout including burpees, lunges, squats, mountain-climbers, v-sits, and more. Exercising while maintaining your stability on board increases the use of the core muscles, increases heart rate, and burns more calories than regular workouts — definitely a good workout to strengthen muscles throughout your body plus improve your flexibility and stability. You may wear any kind of swimwear, lycra, or dry-fit gym/yoga attire. Shower facilities and lockers will be provided.

Hello, I was checking the floating HIIT class and I noticed that there might be a typo in the Friday class timing. I would like to confirm with you that it's an evening class (6.30-7PM) and not a morning class (6.30-7AM)
