<p>Med@59JCT is a venture born from Natalie's and Al's passion for food &amp; wine and for Joo Chiat. They are both long-term residents of Joo Chiat and have contributed to and witnessed first-hand the evolution of what is today one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Singapore. Their first experience was launched in 2021 with Med@59JCT, a private dining concept centered around Al's Mediterranean culinary heritage and the beautifully renovated Peranakan shophouse they inhabit.</p>
