She started Craft &amp; Culture as a craft brewery in 2016 focusing on Kombucha (fermented tea) and Kefir (fermented milk) and has since grown the brand to become one of Singapore’s key market leaders. She also expanded the company’s range of services to include fermentation workshops, health seminars and corporate events.</p>
