Wild Wetlands will take us to the northern part of Singapore where we will get to meet some of our feathered friends visiting from lands far far away and maybe, if we are lucky, we will also spot the famous crocodile! This activity is set to be a station-based “amazing race” where children will have to solve puzzles and riddles along the way as they progress towards the final checkpoint! Wild Wetlands is a self-directed learning activity designed to help children explore the largest mangrove wetland in Singapore, Sungei Buloh, and to appreciate the flora and fauna found within its ecosystem in a fun and engaging manner. This activity aims to bring out the Wild Ranger within them through independent thinking, problem-solving, keen observation and most importantly, teamwork! The activity is suitable for children between the ages of 5 - 12 years old. 12 years old and below require parent accompaniment. *Part of the proceeds will go towards the conservation of the mangrove restoration project in North Sumatra by Global Mangrove Trust in partnership with Yayasan Gajah Sumatera.
