Forget the usual nature walks and picture this: a certified forest therapy guide expertly leading you through a sensory journey designed to help you rediscover the calming rhythm of nature. It's the perfect way to shake off the stress of a busy week and rediscover that natural sense of ease!What to expect:This is a private session where your guide will tailor the experience to your needs. Your guide will offer gentle prompts to help you focus on your senses and reconnect with nature.Engage in simple techniques to quiet a busy mind and bring a sense of peace.It's less about hiking and more about slowing down and immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest.Enjoy the quiet company of nature and leave feeling refreshed and restored.These sessions will be accompanied by Singapore's most experienced certified forest therapy guide(s).1 - 3 pax sessions are typically 1.5-hour long; and sessions with 4 or more pax are typically 2-hour long.Important tips:This slower-paced experience is ideal for adults and older teens seeking quiet rejuvenation.Sessions can be adapted to different fitness levels.The experience is not physically strenuous, however, it is common that participants must be able to walk some stairs and/or sit on the ground. If you have any mobility issues, please inform the guide or leave a remark when booking, so that your session can be tailored suitably for you and/or your group.For wet weather, your guide makes the final call. Light rain won't stop the session, but thunderstorms may cause delays or rescheduling.An experienced and certified forest therapy guide will be assigned to host your session. For sessions hosted by Youmin, founder of Xiu Nature Connections and a pioneer forest therapy guide-cum-trainer, please indicate your request on your form when booking (subjected to availability).

Youmin - founder of Xiu Nature Connections and a forest therapy guide-cum-trainer, pioneered forest bathing / forest therapy for well-being in Southeast Asia since 2017. Whether she's guiding groups through Singapore's parks or offering support to those in need, or training other guides, Youmin's down-to-earth approach is all about slowing down, tuning to the authentic self, and exploring that deep, restorative bond with Nature in her various forms. Youmin is available for bookings on a request basis.
