The timing of the experience is just indicative, some would finish within 5 hours, some in 3 hours! Please inform me of your shoe size in EU after booking the experience. I'll be needing this to prepare soles for you and your guest(s).

Hi, apart from choosing the color and design of the shoes, do you allow imprinting of DIY artwork and tags to the shoes?

Hi Eric, while direct imprinting isn’t suitable for leather, debossing (stamping an indented outline) is possible. However, please note that this process requires significantly more time in the workshop—about an additional 1-2 hours, depending on the intricacy of the design.
