I want to book but now but I’m not going to be able to confirm exact numbers until closer to the date. Am I able to get a refund if there are less and/or can I add more and pay them for additional of more people?

Hi there, I’m looking at booking on 1st March for 20 people. Assuming I’m able BYO alcohol? Is there a charge for this? And what if people have allergies?
