This experience is roughly as exciting as rebooting a Windows laptop. Dhruv will teach you BBQ basics like striking a match & also some advanced techniques like grilling a kebab without losing a single eyebrow. The menu features locally sourced ingredients and puts an emphasis big hearty flavours. You will learn how to make Tandoori Masala from scratch, use it in various marinades and cook your food to perfection on a home grill.🔥 GREATEST HITS 🔥1) Chicken Tikka 2 Ways - Classic & Malai2) Tandoori Pomfret3) Punjabi Paneer Tikka4) Spiced Sliced Gobhi (Cauliflower)5) Makka Bhutta (Corn)6) Meetha (something sweet)On the side:1) Mint & Coriander chutney2) Mad Onion Salad🔎 IMPORTANT INFO 🔎• The menu may change due to availability of ingredients.• Dhruv practices a BYOB policy with no corkage. Feel free to bring your own drinks.• Allergies / dietary needs can be accommodated – just let Dhruv know in advance.• There are 2 rescue dogs on the premises. They're not aggressive at all, but beware of puppy eyes.• You will be on the 36th floor. It's totally safe but if you have a fear of heights, you might want to think about that.• And finally - want to learn how to make something specific? Meet your host
My name is Dhruv, I'm a former professional chef and am dead serious about having fun in the kitchen. Cooking is all about experimentation and simply having a good time. I’ve been cooking since I was 8 and continue to learn something new in the kitchen every single day. I've cooked in several countries around the world—Jordan, Tanzania, North Korea—and believe that food is the greatest unifier there is.
I started my career as a chef in the hotel industry, but life had other plans and I somehow found myself working in tech. My love for food prevailed and today, I juggle a corporate career alongside multiple Food and Beverage projects. Probably, my favourite Food and Beverage projects are my cooking classes. They are a combination of private dining and learning, and have a singular focus on customer delight.
I've been writing a light-hearted food blog for 15+ years now and teach people how to produce Indian food that’s simple to cook and absolutely delicious. Everyone who’s tried my recipes has survived to tell the tale!
I also care a lot about the environment and try to minimise the use of plastic on all my experiences. All the vegetable waste from our kitchen and cooking classes is composted and used to nourish our garden. We're passionate about animals and live with two rescue dogs adopted from shelters in Singapore.

Helpful Questions
How does the timing work? Do we eat at 4 or 6:30 pm? Any possibility to make a later slot?
Sejal, 18 Nov 2024
Hi Sejal,
Thanks for your question! The cooking session will start at 4:00 PM, and the eating time will depend on how long the cooking takes. Generally, you can expect to start eating around 5:30 PM, give or take a little depending on how the cooking goes.
Our standard timing is from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, but if you'd prefer a later start, we can certainly accommodate that. Could you please let us know your preferred date, timing, and number of participants? We’ll check the availability and see what we can do.
Vegetarian options available?
Belle, 18 Oct 2024
Hi Belle, yes it is :) During your booking, please include under "notes" to inform our host your vegetarian preference.
