To secure your spot, your host will turn away other guests. Because of this, cancellations aren't allowed.
Bad Weather Policy
Regardless of the weather, you may be asked to proceed to the starting point in the event that the weather clears up. In case of light drizzle, the yacht will still set sail. In case of heavy rain or otherwise dangerous conditions, the yacht sail will be delayed. If it is not possible to proceed even after a brief waiting period (up to 30 minutes), the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time. Kindly note, captain holds the final decision on whether it is possible to proceed. No refunds will be provided, including for any unused hours of a charter that has to turn around due to inclement weather.

Is this yacht with aircon?

Hi Corrine, The main salon on the yacht does have air conditioning, but we only use it when we are at anchor and if it is requested. However, it is very rare that it is requested as with the fans on and windows open, the area is adequately ventilated. Also, when the air conditioning is on, we have found that people going in and out of the salon tend to leave the door open, rendering the air conditioning useless. This also damages the blowers. Therefore, we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural ventilation that the yacht provides.

Is this yacht suitable for someone on a wheelchair? She can walk slowly to board the yacht. The wheelchair to be folded and kept onboard. Thanks.
