With 1 on 1 instruction from experienced trainers who have professional competition experience, participants can expect personalized attention and training. The gym offers top-notch facilities, including a full-sized boxing ring and various training equipment, as well as a dedicated strength and conditioning area.What to ExpectWarm-up, technique, cool down: The lesson includes a 15-minute warm-up, a 40-minute session focused on technique and pad work, and a 5-minute cool down and stretching session.Personalized training: Participants will receive 1 on 1 instruction with a trainer, allowing for individualized attention and feedback.You can also have the opportunity to have a session with the head trainer (available as an add-on). Khru Kheng, the head trainer, is 38 years old and hails from the Surin Province in the East of Thailand. Since the beginning of his career, Khru Kheng has participated in over 300 fights, including multiple appearances at Rajadamnern, Lumpinee, and Channel 7 Stadium. He is a former Chonburi province Champion, but his most notable achievement was winning a trophy at the Channel 7 awards for best technique. Kheng is best known for his powerful and precise elbows, particularly his back-spinning elbow. He speaks basic English.
