Perfect for trying scuba Diving, our chosen spots include :Racha Islands: Clear water, lots of fish, good for beginners and experienced divers.Koh Mai Thon: Colorful corals, and various marine creatures, good for exploring walls and slopes.Koh Doc Mai: Wall diving, a chance to see unique creatures like moray eels and ghost pipefish, better for intermediate to advanced divers due to sometimes strong currentsShark Point: known for its diverse marine life, including leopard sharks, eels, and colorful reef fish. The site features underwater pinnacles and rock formations, providing varying depths for divers of different skill levels to explore.PrerequisitesPlease note that you are not allowed to fly after scuba diving for at least 18 hours.It is important to make sure that you know if you are medically fit to dive.Minimum age 10 years or olderNo prior diving experience is required. Please note that you will need to know how to swim for 200 meters and float/tread water for 10 minutes. This is mandatory to pass the Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver CourseAdd Dive Against Debris CourseYou have the choice to include a sustainability component in your certification. Aloha Diving provides the PADI Open Water Diver course with an eco-conscious approach, integrating the Dive Against Debris course, dedicated to eliminating and reporting marine debris encountered during dives. This distinctive program merges scuba training with environmental awareness, granting participants a special AWARE certification card upon completion, signifying their commitment to oceanic health and a cleaner underwater ecosystem and 8% of the course fee will be donated to the PADI Aware Foundation.
