In the event of adverse weather conditions necessitating the cancellation of a scheduled dive trip by the dive operator, customers have the option to reschedule their dive or receive a refund. However, if weather conditions are safe for diving, irrespective of rain or shine, the dive trip will proceed as planned, and customers are not permitted to cancel their participation.
