Meet your host
We are Diana and Yunan, husband and wife team - 2 former corporate workers and travelers. One day, we had the opportunity to visit Labuan Bajo and fell in love with the landscape, the nature, the experience of living on board, the city and the people. We kept coming back to Labuan Bajo with many friends before we finally bought our boats, resigned from our jobs, and move for good to Labuan Bajo. We hope to see you here soon!

Hi - have you heard anything about the rumoured closure of Komodo National Park in 2025?
Matt M, 06 Dec 2024
Hi Matt,
There have been reports about Komodo National Park potentially implementing temporary closures starting mid-2025 as part of conservation efforts. These closures are intended to protect the park's delicate ecosystem and manage the flow of tourists to ensure sustainability. Specific details, such as the exact dates and duration, are still pending confirmation by Indonesian authorities. If you're planning a trip, I recommend keeping an eye on official announcements as your travel date approaches. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance with your planning at chat@seeksophie.com
Do you provide life jackets (for snorkelling) on board?
Tang TC, 27 Nov 2024
Yes, we provide life jackets
Hi, the free pickup from Labuan Bajo city area, does it include the hotels that are close to the Komodo airport? Or how could the arrangement be? Also the day when the trip completed, does it also include dropping off at the airport or how is the arrangement to the airport? thanks.
YF, 19 Oct 2024
The free pickup service is generally for hotels within the Labuan Bajo City Centre. If your hotel is close to the Komodo Airport and within the city centre, it should be in the pickup service.
