Rajis and his team are jungle specialists who know the ins and outs of the Borneo jungle. They have an incredible amount of heart and they take pride in not simply being a guide, but also a good friend to their guests. They are comprised of a team of ex-poachers, as they believe that employing poachers in the tourism industry is one of the best ways to facilitate ground-up conservation. Not only will the employed person stop poaching, his entire community will also stop poaching as result of his employment in the tourism industry. This also means that their whole team knows the jungle like the back of their hands, and will show you a different side to nature than anything you have experienced before.

Hello, my name is Jesús, I'm a Spanish wildlife photographer. I traveled twice to Borneo and I'm planning to return in April or May to visit Deramakot. My interest is to take photos of wild cats and nocturnal animal. I have asked companies for a quote and it was too expensive, more than anything because I'm traveling alone and I have to pay twice the price. Can you send me a quotation for a single person, four nights, in April? Thanks !!

Hi Jesús,
The price for a 4D3N Deramakot Forest Reserve Wildlife Tour for one person is MYR 5,328.85. For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, I’d recommend checking our website. Simply input your preferred travel dates and number of guests, and the price will be displayed.
I'm 69. Is this a trip I could do with my adult daughter?

Hi Betty, yes it's definitely suitable with extra care by our host :)
Hi, we are two people from Spain. We want to do a Deramakot tour in order to see wildlife constantly. We are planning to come on 5 September (approximately). So, which is the price for the 4D3N and 3D2N tour? We don't have a high pocket so we are not sure if we can take one. So, we are ok with no luxury and budget-friendly accommodation and for the rest of things :) Thank you!

Hi! You can click on the booking form to see the price. It's a very off-grid trip meaning there is only one accommodation there, and it's a long drive from Kota Kinabalu. So it's not a cheap trip unfortunately even though it's not luxury and the accommodation is pretty basic. When we went we were the only people in the forest, so it's really not your usual safari and the prices reflect that. If you're looking for a more accessible trip that has more options, perhaps you can also consider Kinabatangan which has lots of wildlife as well :)
