There’s no phone signal, so enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.Electricity is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, so plan to enjoy evenings under the stars with limited lighting.The national park fees are not included in the package and should be paid directly to the park in cash. Please bring enough cash for approximately 540 THB per adult and 270 THB per child.We recommend packing in a small, waterproof backpack to protect your belongings from rain or water splashes during the boat journey.As this is a remote area, be prepared for some flexibility in the itinerary depending on the weather and local conditions. We strive to provide the best experience possible, but nature can always surprise us!Please ensure you arrive in Khao Sok a day before the trip as travel times may vary, and there is no early morning bus service from Ao Nang or Phuket.For snacks, beverages or additional food (not included in the package), be sure to carry extra cash, as the rafthouse does not accept credit cards.Cancellation Policy:Customers can cancel their booking up to 15 days before the trip date for a full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the trip date will not be refunded. Please ensure to notify us in advance if you need to cancel your reservation.
