02:30pm Enjoy a delicious late lunch.
03:00pm Depart for rafting or abseiling.
03:30pm Upon arrival at the starting point, a safety briefing is conducted and water rafting equipment is set for Gopeng water rafting. It takes approximately 4 hours to complete the entire course.
04:00pm Paddle through exciting twists, turns, some raging rapids, extreme currents and rocky boulders!
OR
03:15 pm Walk to the waterfall and marvel at the wondrous sight 
04:00pm Abseil and feel the cool water as you descend the cascading waterfall. Your guide will give a thorough briefing and demonstration.
08:00pm Transfer back to your accommodation for dinner and a restful night.
