Your lesson will start the next day after your arrival and your last lesson will be on your departure day. The number of days you stay will be the number of lessons you have. For example, if you stay for 7 nights, there will be 7 lessons. One lesson is approximately 2 hours and covers all the necessary theory about the basics of surfing, safety essentials, surf awareness, board characteristics, paddling and standing up for about 30 minutes. After which, the coaches will take you into the water to practice these new skills and catch your first small waves for 1.5 hours (with a break in between).
