Discover 2 islands in 1 day tour from Bali
Discover an island paradise off the south coast of Bali with exploring these two islands (Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida). For those who have limited vacation day, this combination of the two islands in one day tour from Bali to the most iconic and best places at each island is a perfect choice.Fast Boat to Nusa Penida You will need to come to come to the Axe Stone Fast Cruise office in Sanur Matahari Harbour at 7.45am and check in. Here you will be provided with a printed ticket and a lanyard which will allow you to board the speedboat. You will wait at their office until your fast boat is ready for departure and a representative will walk you over to the departure zone. It will take 35-45 minutes to reach Nusa Penida. The boats are comfortable and new, making for an easy journey across.Nusa Penida Once you are on the island you will be greeted by your driver guide who will pick you up and take you to the Island's hot spots. The road here are narrow, hilly and winding. Even though on the map places might not look far away, due to the road quality things take a lot longer. Good thing is that most of the roads provide for pleasant views out the window.Kelingking - this is an iconic view of a limestone rock formation which looks like the head of a T-rex dinosaur. In addition to this curiously shaped island, you will also get a birds eye view of a beautiful strip of beach being washed by gorgeous blue green waters. To get to the actual beach requires climbing down a very long set of stairs, which can take 20-30 minutes one way depending on your fitness level. You should seek advice from your guide on whether you are able to get to the beach and back in time to make it to the other locations.Broken Beach - this epic rock encircled cove with an archway, opening up to the sea is more than it's pretty looks. When you've had enough photos of the blue waters trickling in through the archway, head to the other side. As you stand at the cliff's edge looking over the deep blue waters, you may be able to catch a glimpse of the peacefully beautiful manta rays dancing in the current. A surreal image!Angel Billabong - is a gorgeous rock pool, which gets replenished with the waters from the surrounding sea. This is a rather tempting place to take a dip and get your Insta fix, but we highly recommend not getting in the water as the tide and waves can move very quickly and unexpectedly. Enjoy the view from the top!Nusa Lembongan Once you finish up your tour of Penida you will take a boat to Nusa Lembongan and check out the hot spots of this much smaller island. Getting from spot to spot will be easier as the island is not as big. Panorama Point - a scenic spot on top of a hill, overlooking the coastline with Mt Agung in the background.Devils Tears - here you will see a rocky cove with furious waves crashing into it. It's somewhat a cross between Nusa Penida's Broken Beach and Angel Billabong.Dream Bach - a beautiful strip of white sand beach with turquoise waters. The views from the cliffs overlooking the beach are perfect for photo taking.Return to Bali Once you've finished up with all the spots you will head back to the harbour in Nusa Lembongan to make the last fastboat back to Bali. The last boat leaves around 4.15pm, so you will need to be there about 30 minutes before. You should be back to the Sanur Port by 4.45pm.
