Hi there - we want to book the 2D1N Kinabatangan River Safari tour. We would also like to add on the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. However, our flight to Sandakan Airport arrives at at 11am so we would make it for the 12noon pick up. Can we do the wildlife centre the next day because our flight leaves at 8PM. Thanks!

Hi! Is it possible to delay a bit the schedule time? We'll arrive at sandakan airport (from Seul) at 12.10 so i don't think we'll be alle to be outsider at 12.30 (more likely at 13.00).

Hi Arianna,
Thanks for reaching out! The pick-up time from Sandakan airport is around 12:15pm, and it's a fixed schedule as we have other customers to consider, so unfortunately, a 1:00pm pick-up would be too late. If you prefer a later pick-up, you would need to opt for a private transport, which you can select from the add-on list.
Alternatively, we recommend staying a night in Sandakan town, exploring the town, and then joining us the next day. The pick-up from a Sandakan town hotel is around 11:45am, which could work better for your schedule. :)
Is it possible to store large suitcases somewhere during the tour, or do we need to take them with us? Currently, we are planning to go directly to the airport after the tour ends.

You can bring your luggage to the lodge and keep it in your room during the tour. It will stay in your room while you're out on the tour.
Hi, we will be coming as 2 adults and 2 teenage children. How many beds are there in the dorms please, and would we be all together or are the dorms male and female? Thank you
