We had a lovely private cooking and dining session hosted by Al, who was friendly and easy to chat with, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The cooking process was simple and very beginner-friendly, so even those new to cooking would not find it challenging. That said, there isn't a lot of prep work involved, so the experience is probably better suited for smaller groups if everyone wants to get their hands dirty. The food turned out great, and our whole group left feeling satisfied. Al was also thoughtful in acknowledging our birthday celebration, which was a nice touch. We'll definitely be making these dishes at home!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Al's lovely home. The food was great with bold yet well-balanced flavors and very generous portions. Al was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain each dish without being intrusive. We also had a lovely chat after.
