Had a wonderful time at Pei Lin Studios today painting a Tingkat under the warm and encouraging guidance of PC! The session was thoughtfully paced, and PC made sure everyone felt supported no matter their skill level. It was such a unique and therapeutic experience—I loved how the environment inspired creativity while still being super chill. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to explore their artistic side or just enjoy a fun, meaningful way to spend a few hours. Will definitely be back for more!

Emily was kind and warm, and made this complete beginner to pottery very at ease. I like the small class size, and Emily makes an effort to go around to each student to check on their progress. My friend who is a bit more experienced wanted a more complicated design and Emily balanced out the time between guiding newbies vs. experienced students really well. The space is also wonderful and feels very cozy. Thank you Emily!

Had such a lovely experience here! Came prepared with ideas and was so happy that we were given free rein to choose the kind of end product we wanted rather than having to stick to a cup or bowl. I attended the class on my own and was grouped with a few others. Emily, the host, was great—she made everyone feel comfortable right away and gave each of us her full attention. She was incredibly patient throughout the session and made the experience really enjoyable. I needed a bit of extra time after 5 PM to finish stamping my bowl, and not only did she not rush me, but she also took the time to ask about my experience and even took some lovely photos for me. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her participant's experience. I also noticed how thoughtfully she tailored her instructions for the kid in the group, which was really a nice touch. I especially loved how she taught us about the different types of clay and the various processes involved in pottery—it made the session both hands-on and educational. Such a fun and meaningful learning experience!
