very fun fitness class! really enjoyed this aqua spin class led by Alicia that was challenging (with various options for the moves) and accompanied by music to keep your energy up. high recommend for people who like moving but don't like plain gym routines!

We did a 30min hit class in the deep end of the pool of the Park Royal on Beach Road with a patient and encouraging instructor Anne. It was great fun but for someone older like me it was a tough class. The skinny young things had no issues doing 180 degree jumps on a wobbly board but I wasn’t brave enough to try it especially when I heard the way they thumped the board when they fell!! So for those wanting to try this class it requires a high level of fitness and flexibility. Shame towel weren’t provided and there wasn’t much of a view at all. You do the class facing the hotel pool bar. The showers were clean and we hung about to do a few laps in the pool after the class to watch the pool yoga which looked equally tough.
