So welcoming and helpful. It’s a beautiful Homestay very very clean with the welcoming alpine smell of pine warmed in the sun as you enter the bedrooms. The whole family are courteous, kind and knowledgable.
The animals are well looked after and friendly.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at May’s homestay outside Sapa. May and her family were beyond wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything you need. Their kindness and constant smiles made the experience truly special.
The excursions they offer are worth every penny. Whether it’s hiking, trekking, motorbike tours, or sharing a delicious dinner with the family, every moment was unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience the beauty of this region.
Highly, highly recommend! More people need to experience this friendly little homestay—it’s a true gem.

Mẩy’s listing is in a serene and peaceful village near Sa Pa town. The warm hospitality of Mẩy and his family made our entire experience extremely wonderful. This is a great place to explore Sa Pa's rice fields and mountains and get familiar with the locals. The host was extremely responsive and helped us in all possible ways.

Without a doubt, staying here was the highlight and best part of our trip. May, Cao, and Hua were amazingly gracious hosts! We looked forward to every single home-cooked meal, and the activities were so fun and special. Once in a lifetime experience - breathtaking views and hosts that made us feel right at home. We are already planning our next trip back!

Heart warming experience 😍😍.
We stayed at May's place for 2 days and we had one of our best experiences in Vietnam. The place is a remote village 14km away from Sapa but is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for some peace away from the cities. The place is run by May and her family (Cao and his wife) and it really feels like they welcome you to their home. The hospitality and food is top-notch :)
They also hosts a motor bike tour and treks for really affordable rates and the views through the valleys, local villages and rice fields were really stunning.
10/10 recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet time in Sapa.

An addictive classic countryside living paired with a super reliable host family. We loved it so much, that we are planning to make a comeback with our family and friends in the near future.
Pro Tip: Check the weather and if you are here during its coldest season, be equipped with warm layers, thermal wear and thermos (to store your drinking water).

We had a peaceful and heartwarming stay at Máy’s. This place is very authentic and you will feel like home. We also did the trekking and the herbal bath which we highly recommend.
Much love from Narin and Nikola ❤︎

Trekking in north of Sapa was an experience for me. Su was very attentive and helped me a lot during difficult times. Chuy and Me Xau were very kind to welcome me in their home. Definetly would try again in summer, when the rice fields are green and the weather not so foggy
