Nature Walks in Singapore

Such a refreshing experience! It reminded me how important it is to appreciate the greenery and natural spaces we have right here in the city. I learned so much about the local flora and fauna, from the tiniest insects to the towering trees, and it really opened my eyes to the ecosystems thriving all around us.

What I loved most was that it took me to a new area I’d never explored before. I’m already planning a return visit to explore further and see what else this area has to offer.

If you’re looking for a way to disconnect from the hustle of the city and reconnect with nature, I can’t recommend this enough. Singapore’s nature trails are true gems waiting to be discovered!

Enjoyed walking through Thomson Nature Park with Dr. Ang and Shankar. We were a small group and it was wonderful learning more about the nature we have around us here in Singapore, as well as about the important work that conservationists and experts do on the ground.

My daughter and I had a great experience going on this tour with Dr Andie. Dr Andie was very knowledgeable and open/patient in sharing her knowledge of langurs, we learnt a lot. Definitely recommend for anyone with an interest in Nature and understanding more about the rare langurs.

Meeting someone so passionate about conservation in Singapore was a rare treat. Dr Ang is very knowledgable and willing to share her insights into the remaining wildlife in Singapore. It's vital we try to preserve the Tagore forest for these creatures.

Really loved it! I took my family (8 of us ranging from ages 6-80!) and everyone really enjoyed the experience. 

We loved how heartfelt the entire experience was. Can really feel the heart that has gone into the garden. Can also feel Wilson's passion - he was very happy to just chat to us even though we had exceeded the time. Wilson's a great guide. He's super passionate, really knows his stuff. Very caring and hospitable 

And it's a very worthwhile cause. It's a community garden that has brought lots of wildlife back to SG (more butterflies species in the garden than the entire UK!). Knowing that it's a pure community garden ie only supported by two people and an army of volunteers essentially, and that our money goes towards maintaining it is great 

The stories and the heart behind the garden are incredible. Really makes you think of what is possible when one or two individuals decide to take action to rewild the land. Within 5 years it went from a very boring patch of grass to a gorgeous wild landscape bursting with flowers. It's such a joy to behold. 

Highly recommended to anyone who loves nature and wants to see what kind of biodiversity is possible in our very urban city.

Uncover Hidden War Relics on Mount Faber | A Hike to Remember

Had an absolutely delightful tour of Telok Blangah area with Darren. Despite being Singaporean, we have never heard about the history the area in such depth and nuance before. My children (ages 11 and 14) were mesmerised as we hiked up Mount Faber through the vegetation to discover the hidden gems still visible today. It doesn’t matter if you’re Singaporean or a visitor, as long as you’re up for a hike through the dense vegetation, you should definitely give this tour a go! 

I had an amazing time on the Sneak Peek Singapore hiking tour. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly well organised, informative, and enjoyable. Our guide, Darren, was not only engaging but also deeply knowledgeable about Singapore’s rich history, which really brought the trails to life.

What stood out most was how the tour took us off the beaten path, through lush greenery, unexpected viewpoints, and lesser-known parts of Singapore you wouldn’t typically discover on your own.

The pace was comfortable for all fitness levels. I’d highly recommend this to both locals and visitors looking for a unique and meaningful outdoor experience in Singapore.
