My brother and I (two old Aust lads) spend 4 day as guest in this well run family hotel. Approx 20 minutes easy stroll from centre of Hoi An. We stayed 1st floor room had good size balcony . Walk in shower with good water pressure. Small adequate fridge with comfortable beds, A/C work well. Good choice for breakfast via a la carte menu, as usual with Vietnam coffee excellent. Hotel has pool which appears to be well kept, we where in the wet season so little use of pool or balcony. Booked direct with hotel which included train station pick up and drop off to airport cost 270K dong each way. I try to go direct if prices are about equal, just fel you get better option re rooms service etc if proprietors are getting all the money. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance of hotel. For cabs ( which are cheap) walk out turn left down to next intersection and you will be in business. Proprietors helpful with tips via trips or whatever your question is.

My wife and I would definitely recommend this homestay/hotel. The owners (a family) were very welcoming and genuine from the moment we arrived. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good. Also, the location was convenient and walking distance to everything. I forgot my jacket at the hotel and had checked out. Once I realized this I was already in Da Nang (45 minute drive from Hoi An). I immediately called the hotel. The owner was nice enough to arrange for one of his drivers to drop it off at my Da Nang hotel as he was dropping off someone close by later that day. This was greatly appreciated by my wife and I.

Small family run hotel, located on the fringe of the busy Hoi An centre, 15 min walk or short ride to river front. The husband and wife team helped book other reservations and taxis etc. Our room on the ground floor had a walkout to flower gardens. Breakfast has good variety. This is a well run, friendly establishment.
